Biography
 
Richard has recently moved into Interim Financial Management after 20 years in full time, permanent senior finance roles, primarily on the Boards of Northern based PLCs. As well as a ‘listed company’ background, he has substantial experience of turnarounds, fund-raising exercises, acquisitions and disposals. He has worked across a broad range of industry sectors including retail, manufacturing and technology and has substantial international experience. He enjoys working as an integral part of the senior management team in developing and implementing strategy and is very comfortable in handling all aspects of relationships with investors, bankers and advisers.

He has to date provided interim FD services to a £25m turnover IT Systems Distributor and a £21m turnover carbon fibre manufacturer, involving business restructuring and fund-raising.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
