FDYL to expand activities in the Real Estate sector

FDYL has expanded its service offering through an alliance with Nigel Denby, an experienced Finance Director with specialist expertise in the Real Estate sector.

Nigel has spent the last 15 years as group FD with two major property investment and development companies. He has a wealth of experience with property appraisals; development projects; property investment activities and managing property operations. In addition, he has extensive contacts in the property finance area and will assist clients with negotiating borrowing facilities and managing banking relationships.

Nigel will have the back-up of FDYL's core team, providing cash flow management; help with credit control and financial management accounting services.
