We provide a part time FD, typically working with you between 2 and 4 days per month, who will take over the supervision of your existing finance team to ensure that they are doing the right things - accurately and on time. We’ll also make sure that you get regular and relevant financial information and tell you what it means - even if it’s not good news. We’ll look at your costing information and improve your financial planning so that you, your investors and lenders have a much clearer picture.

As a result, we improve your confidence in the whole finance function and enable you to spend more time with customers, run the shop floor or whatever else you do best. In addition you’ll receive the same sort of independent strategic advice that you would expect from a non exec director.
