JA chartered accountant with 25 years experience as an FD/Group FD. For the last 5 years being an associate at FDYL, working as a portfolio finance director and non executive director for owner managed SME’s.

David has experience in a variety of sectors including software and internet, TV programme production, manufacturing, property, construction and consultancy companies.

Usually these companies have been fast growing often with an international element. David’s particular expertise has been working with SME owners and managers on business planning to secure bank and VC funding from £50,000 to £6m. Also preparing companies for MBO’s and trade sales.
